Referrals & Volunteering

Get involved in referrals and community volunteering

Welcome to Our Referrals & Volunteering Hub

At Emmanuel’s Restoration Centre CIC, we believe that healing happens in safe, supportive spaces. Whether you are seeking help or feel called to serve, this page guides you through the simple steps to get involved.

Referrals

Everyone deserves access to compassionate, culturally sensitive support. Our referral process is confidential and designed to help children, young people, and families receive the care they need.

Mental health & emotional wellbeing

We support individuals through safe, compassionate conversations that promote resilience, confidence, and emotional balance.

Counselling (children, young people, families)

Our counsellors provide gentle, trauma-aware guidance designed to help children, young people, and families strengthen communication and healing.

Creative therapy (music, dance, drama, art)

We use expressive arts to help participants explore feelings, reduce stress, and grow through creativity and movement.

Trauma-informed pastoral care

Our pastoral team offers sensitive, faith-aligned support that recognises the impact of trauma and prioritises safety, dignity, and trust.

Community wellbeing programmes

We deliver accessible workshops and group activities that build confidence, improve wellbeing, and strengthen community connection.

How to Make a Referral

You can complete our simple online referral form or contact us directly. Once your referral is received, a member of our team will reach out to arrange an initial conversation.

Volunteering

Volunteers are at the heart of Emmanuel’s Restoration Centre CIC. If you are passionate about mental health, youth support, creative expression, or community service, we would love to welcome you.

Creative arts facilitators

Support young people through expressive creativity, guiding them in art, music, dance, and drama sessions that promote healing, confidence, and emotional wellbeing within a safe, supportive environment.

Youth mentors & wellbeing volunteers

Work directly with children and young people, offering encouragement, active listening, and guidance that helps build resilience, self-esteem, positive decision-making, and overall emotional development.

Event support & outreach

Assist with planning, coordinating, and running community events, helping us reach more families, promote our services, and create welcoming spaces where people feel valued and connected.

Admin & communications

Help keep our organisation running smoothly by supporting administrative tasks, managing emails, organising documents, and assisting with communication that ensures clear, effective engagement.

Pastoral & community care assistants

Provide gentle, compassionate support for individuals and families, offering a listening ear, spiritual encouragement, and practical help that strengthens wellbeing and fosters community connection.
